Sign Release Form
- You will be asked to read and sign the Coronavirus/COVID-19 Release of Liability
Wear Your Face Mask
- Please wear your face mask over your nose and mouth to enter the building. You may take your mask off just prior to your facial or waxing service.
No Children or Guests
- Please do not bring children or friends to the facility. If you bring a child, you will be asked to reschedule. If your minor child is receiving a service, then they may be accompanied by an adult and must wear a mask.
We Are Clean Certified
- Jamie O’Brien has taken a course on disinfection of our tools, and work space and is following all CDC, Los Angeles Public Health Department, and Bureau of Barbering and Cosmetology recommendations.
Sanitize Together
- Hand sanitizer/hand washing available for both guest & spa workers. We invite everyone to sanitize their hands before every appointment.
